Seeking a Resident Manager for a mid-size luxury condominium located in the Makiki / lower Manoa Area.   Property consists of a pool, spa, barbeques, garden area, a dog walk and central air conditioning.  Applicant should also have knowledge of building operations, mechanics, emergency shut-downs and the ability to respond to an occasional water leak.  People skills and management experience needed to oversee a small staff and outside services.  The apartments are mostly owner occupied.
