Seeking full time Site Manager for a Condo Association in the Temple Valley area. All applicants must be knowledgeable in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, good administration skills and excellent customer service skills. Duties will include:

• Working for the board, reporting back to them on issues at hand, and attending mandatory Board Meetings.
• Rule enforcement and the issuing of warnings and violations.
• Procuring of proposals for upcoming jobs.
• Working with the vendors to ensure quality work and timeliness.
• Minimal ground maintenance.
• Among other job related duties as directed by the board.
