300+ unit condominium in Honolulu is seeking an Assistant Site Manager

Residential condominium in Honolulu is searching for a well-qualified candidate.  Candidate must have the following qualification:

• Assist Resident Manager or perform function of the Resident Manager as required with the possibility of eventual promotion to the Resident Manager position
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain all aspects of property management.  

·       Experience in facilities operations and maintenance – proactive oversight of preventative maintenance repairs for the common areas and proactively identify opportunities and recommendations to the Board on projects to reduce operating expenses while maintaining the value of the property. 

·       Solicit, compare, and review bids from reputable contractors.  Review contractor licensing and insurance requirements

• Experience in using computer equipment and software (particularly Microsoft outlook, word, excel and publisher). 
• Excellent ability to supervise employees, training and development
• Professional verbal and written communication skills required
• Work collaboratively with property owners, residents, vendors, the property manager and the Board. 
• Strong motivational skills “can-do” attitude
• Multi-task with high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Be able to handle resident situations and condo issues effectively and compassionately, including after-hours, while remaining professional and presentable. 
• Finance experience
