300+ Unit Luxury Condominium Association is Seeking an Experienced Building Engineer

 Duties include but are not limited to:

• Supervises the necessary maintenance and repairs of the facilities.
• Daily inspection of property and facilities.
• Coordinates and evaluates contracted projects to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

• Assists with preparation of annual capitol and operational budgets for maintenance projects and routine maintenance.
• Assists residents with maintenance inquiries.
• Ensures compliance of all health and safety regulations.
• Assists in training, supervising, and evaluating subordinate personnel.  
• 40+ Hours per week: nights and weekends as needed; 24- hour on call required.

 Job Qualifications:

• Three years maintenance management experience at condominium or hotel preferred.
• One year budget/accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of building maintenance including but not limited to HVAC systems, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
