Located at the Ewa side of Waikiki, we are a luxury 32 story condominium complex consisting of 100 units.
Provide superior services to our owners, residents and guests. Perform specific security duties to ensure a safe and secure environment . Responsibilities include but are not limited to standard security rounds and surveillance, facilitate and enforce House Rules, Procedures, Policies, maintenance observation support and other Residential Specialist/Security Desk functions in support of our residents and contractors.
Candidate Requirements:
- Possess current State of Hawaii Guard Card
- Security/Residential Service Experience-Minimum of two years’ experience
- Enjoy Working with People and Teammates
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Possess or be willing to obtain First Aid Certification, CPR and AED Certifications
- Excellent Communication, verbal, written and Computer Skills. working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel and Adobe. Knowledge of Android and or Apple operating systems, working knowledge of CCTV and related systems
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Submit Background Check Information and be prepared to take a required drug test
Full Time and Part Time positions available. Week-end, nights and or holidays required.
Compensation starting at $16.50 per hour minimum, compensation commensurate with experience and skills.
