Waiea is now seeking applicants for this front-of-house leadership opportunity.
This internally motivated individual will be responsible for leading the team executing guest service to create an exceptional ultra-luxury environment. The ideal candidate will provide inspiring and strategic leadership, be an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder, and bring a structured approach to all administrative needs. This individual must be team-oriented and will continuously seek to understand different viewpoints and actively modify their own behavior to adapt to changing situations. They will supervise, direct, and conduct daily operational tasks related to the front-of-house operations, as they are responsible for all resident and guest service, anticipating needs, solving problems, and coaching and training staff to exceed our residents’ expectations.
Requirements:
Wages are based on experience and ability.
Full-time position. Weekends, evenings, and holidays are required.
