Job Description Info:

Primary Purpose:

To provide information and professional support to the General Manager (GM), as well as the entire staff, residents, and vendors in a friendly manner.

Essential Duties:

Answers routine calls and correspondence independently or replies according to general instructions from the GM.

Assist with the completion of timesheets for each payroll period and submits timesheets for approval to the GM.

Assists in composing of Newsletters and Notices.

Provides support service to staff members, i.e., calling to gain access for emergencies, insurance claims, water shut-off, vendors, moving vehicles, etc.

Organize and maintain office supplies, i.e., parking permits, key fobs, parking cards, forms, paper, etc.

Register and process new residents/owners and distribute welcoming packages as appropriate.

Sends out rules, covenant, and other form letters to residents and as appropriate, follow-up on violation to determine if a correction has occurred.

Maintains administrative and personnel files including payroll, office correspondence, legal documents, security logs, party room reservations, purchase orders, invoices, proposals, etc.

Assist in preparing the monthly management report.
