400 plus unit condominium in Waikiki seeking an EXPERIENCED General Manager.

Candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Resident or General Manager.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Able to multi-task with high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent leadership, people, customer service skills.
  • Ensures good safety practices of employees and owners/guests, assisting in maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Be a Leader, a team player, a self-starter, be able to multitask and problem-solve, work under pressure, and successfully work under minimal supervision
  • Able to handle resident complaints and condo issues effectively while remaining professional.
  • Obtain, solicit, compare, and review bids from contractors.  Ensure contractor licensing and insurance requirements.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs.
  • Assist with the budget process, knowledge of condominium reserve requirements.
  • Understand the Associations’ governing documents to ensure that operations are in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and requirements of any federal, state or municipal authority.
  • Supervisory and HR skills to manage a team of 20 employees, to ensure employee motivation, training and development and compliance with labor regulations.
