Seeking (Full Time / Part Time / On-Call) Experienced Residential Specialists
The Collection is a Luxury High Rise Condominium located in Kakaako. We are currently looking
to fill one (1) Full Time, two (2) Part Time positions and two (2) on-call positions. These positions
include weekends and holidays. Be a part of a team working of great people, in a great location!
The Management and Staff’s goal is to work as a team to ensure the site is properly cleaned,
maintained and to provide a warm, friendly environment for all residents, coworkers,
contractors, and vendors. Training will be provided to those who are interested in growing and
being committed to our team.
Duties Include (but not limited to):
• Properly greet and welcome all owners, residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and
coworker.
• Ensure the property is safe and secure through regular patrols and house rule
enforcement.
• Responding to emergencies involving fire, flood, medical emergencies
• Creating Shift and Incident Reports
• Professionally handle internal and external customer complaints
• Assist with move ins, deliveries, amenity reservations, etc.
Job Qualifications Include (but not limited to):
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Willing to learn and adapt as procedures change)
• A “can do” Team Attitude.
• Guard Card (Required) we are willing to invest in you if you are committed to our team.
Compensation:
Up to $16 / hour commensurate with experience

Paid Vacation: After 1 year of service, 10 days, After 3 years of service, 15 days
Paid Sick Leave hours to be determined
