The Collection – Luxury High Rise Condominium
The Collection is a Luxury High Rise Condominium located in Kakaako. We are currently looking to fill two (2) full time positions. This position includes weekends and holidays.

The Management and Staffs’ goal is to work as a team to ensure the site is properly cleaned, maintained and to provide a warm, friendly environment for all residents, co-workers, contractors, and vendors.
Duties Include (but not limited to):
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, disinfecting, emptying trash, carpet care landscaping and supporting the efforts of other departments.
Equipment Used (but not limited to):
Brooms, mops, vacuums, wet vacs, carpet extractors, orbiters, carpet blowers, pressure washers, step ladders etc.
Job Qualifications Include (but not limited to):
• Able to comprehend, read and write English. Follow detailed instructions.
• Great Communication & Customer Service Skills
• At least 6 months previous experience
• Strong Team Attitude
Compensation:
Up to $14 / hour commensurate with experience

10 Paid Holidays
Paid Vacation: After 1 year of service, 10 days, After 3 years of service, 15 days
Paid Sick Leave hours to be determined
