We are seeking both part-time and full-time residential specialists who displays genuine "Aloha Spirit" customer service in a large 400+ unit secure condominium in Kakaako . You will be assisting residents, contractors, and guests. Duties include and not limited to monitoring surveillance system, patrolling property, typing daily logs and incident reports, checking parcels in and out, and enforcing and educating our House Rules.
